From the strategic plays of football to the precision in baseball, the resilience in wrestling, the discipline of calisthenics, the speed in track & field, the agility in Wing Chun, and the strength in powerlifting, each discipline has shaped me into the coach I am today. This diverse experience fuels my approach to fitness and coaching, particularly in Body Recomposition and Muscle Building and Fat Loss Programs.
