My Story
My athletic journey began at 8 years old, igniting a passion that has spanned a lifetime. From the strategic plays of football to the precision in baseball, the resilience in wrestling, the discipline of calisthenics, the speed in track & field, the agility in Wing Chun, and the strength in powerlifting, each discipline has shaped me into the coach I am today. This diverse experience fuels my approach to fitness and coaching, blending various disciplines for a holistic fitness perspective.
My Philosophy
Fitness is a journey, not a destination. My philosophy centers on flexibility and personalization, acknowledging that each individual's path to fitness is unique. Witnessing friends and former athletes struggle to maintain their fitness inspired me to create a coaching style that adapts to different lifestyles and fitness levels.
